Gastronomic Tour

DISCOVER THE EXTRAORDINARY CULTURE AND CULINARY TRADITION OF PERU | 7 DAYS

This program focuses on the teaching of Peruvian gastronomy through theoretical and practical classes. Participants will have the opportunity to prepare typical Peruvian dishes and learn about the gastronomy industry through visits to local markets and well-known Peruvian restaurants.

24 theorical hours.
16 practical hours.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

Learn about the most representative Peruvian dishes and culinary techniques.
Develop culinary skills through demonstration classes and visits to popular markets and restaurants.

MASTER CLASSES

Peruvian cuisine:
Papa a la huancaína, Tiradito de pescado y Solterito de quinua.
Peruvian cuisine:
Ceviche, Lomo saltado, Ají de gallina, Rocoto relleno y Pastel de papa.
Peruvian cuisine:
Tamalitos verdes, Causa limeña, Anticuchos, Papas nativas y choclo, Arroz con pollo y Tacu-tacu de mariscos.
Peruvian desserts:
Arroz con leche, Mazamorra morada, Suspiro limeño y Alfajores de manjar.
Peruvian Cocktails:
Pisco sour, Maracuyá sour y Chilcano.
